Winding this blog down

In about three hours, we will convert over to the new system. Once you get used to it, I think you will like it -- I know I do. It take a little getting used to, but once you do, it really starts to be fun to play around with.

I will link the crap out of this blog, though, so you can keep checking back to comments and see old posts. No fear. I have 4,000+ posts I don't want to lose.

It's not really a matter of trust -- it's like starting down the big hill of the roller coaster. Once you get to that point there is nothing to do but hang on.

you have an old cartoon that kind of reflects this with George Bush in the front coaster car, from March of 2003 I think, hopefully there won't be too much screaming like there used to be at Jazz Land

Not much screaming at Jazz Land anymore, though. Wasn't it under about 15 feet of water?

So are you going to do a countdown to the "New Year" of the blog? And do we just hit clarion ledger to get in on the brand new fun?

PS need to get a FEMA guy to "drop the ball" for you. Heh! I loved that cartoon.

Guess we are on our own on finding the new blog.

It will probably be like that scene in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation where they are going down the ice and snow covered hill on the top of the garbage can.
