I'm hoping it doesn't snow in Boston on Friday. Mr. H is flying out that morning, so we can drive to Jackson to see the football game that night. I want to be there when USP's 73 game winning streak comes to an end.
My dad is tvoing? anyway, he is recording it for me because I have been busy with board meetings and such. So it finished last night? How many hours is it?
Shhhhh!!! I rented Captain Jack 3 last night and watched half of it while I was crocheting. don't want my son to know that, he will sigh. Will probably get it for my birthday Saturday, but couldn't wait to see it again. Will watch the other half tonight.
Santa gave my son one of those personal DVD players for Christmas last year, and mom has used it as much as Jon has.
I"ve got something funny to share. My neighbors have this dog that is about 13 or 14 years old.
Ever since we moved in eight years ago he has been right friendly with us because I have always had a female dog on the hill.
The little feist we have now has been with us six years and although Bear (that's old dogs name) is too old to shoot he still shows up at our house every six months like clockwork. I don't mind him coming because he keeps all the male dogs away from her even though he can't do anything.
Well, the middle of November he showed up for his two week stay and he has been with us ever since. I think he has forgotten where he lives and thinks he is our dog now. It's quite humorous. We have carried him down the path to the back side of his property and showed him the fence and the horses where he lives, but he always just goes back home with us.
part of my job is the message on the sign in front of the church. Today it says GO REBELS-GOOD LUCK FRIDAY NIGHT. I resisted the temptation to add this scripture reference. Psalm 3:7
Oh I wanted to let you all know what I decided to do for mom and dads sign in on their anniversary.
I'm going to put out 12 sheets of paper and get folks to sign them. We will take pictures there that day, and I'm going to make them a calendar with the signatures and the pictures as part of it. That way they get to enjoy memories of their Golden Wedding anniversary party every month next year.
Watercolor, if your prayer group is there to pray, they won't see your house anyway. Turn the lights down and light candles, they will never see the dirt!
It isn't dirt.... it is the lack of wine glasses! lol! The house is clean, it was just a bit of a mess. It is put back together. Dishwasher is running now.... I managed to scrape together enough wine glasses to get us through I think...

Anyone else get sucked into the "Tin Man" mini-series? It was much better than I expected, curious as to what other people thought.
It's snowing here this morning (in DC) :) I'm excited because little man is old enough to get excited about it this year! :)
Hopefully, we'll get enough that we can go play in it this afternoon! :)

heh! Mrs. H you are sooo funny!!!
You could just post Psalm 3:7 without writing out the verse and see how many people look it up. Get folks to reading their bible.
Oh, I'm leading you into temptation aren't I? lol!

My house is a wreck and my prayer group arrives at 6pm. oy. Oh well. They have to love me anyway, right?!
Regina, that sounds like a fantastic idea!
