I went once, with a free ticket, on a Friday after work. I bought... a pastry. I spent most of the evening trying not to suffocate. I can't enjoy shopping when there are that many people crowding me. It's an awesome project and I'm glad the JL does it, but I'll leave the actual shopping to the stronger ones!
Negative. Never been. Not planning on it this year. I'm sure its great, I'm just not into big markets like that. I would rather go to the individual stores.
Well, dropped a butt load of money on nice things for me. Seems a spell came over me that made me forget I should have been buying gifts for other people.
Oh well. Happy early 40th to me!
(Marshall - what cartoon was you drawing when I spoke to you this morning?)
I went....got a gift for my son and a few gifts for me! I also got a MR book. It was c-r-o-w-d-e-d in there! I had a few old ladies elbow me in the eye! ha!
It's okay, Super Mom. It happens to the best of us. I don't think anyone is immune to the auto-hick in this part of the world. Especially if you spent the entire morning somewhere as crowded as Mistletoe. I don't care how schmancy it is, it's still in the South, and the auto-hick is contagious!

I'm already planning out my route and practicing my "Don't bother me, I'm shopping" face.

We do have the Gingham Tree Festival this weekend in Lucedale, though. Outside at the Middle School. The weather should be spectacular.
