Frank apparently has shuffled the deck over at the Police Department. The Chief, who was never really the Chief, will no longer be the Chief -- even though she never really was.
So basically, I redid my cartoon at 5:30. I am scanning it now and it turned out well. Cartooning on a hyper-deadline is the most fun of all. Coming up with an idea and drawing it that fast is a sick thrill.

WHAT????? Dang! I've been offline all day. I've totally missed some breaking news apparently......
It's breaking as we type. She will be special assistant to the Mayor. Whatever the @#$# that means.

I always work better with a deadline looming. I pulled WAY too many all-nighters in college / grad school. But, my work was always better that way. Go figure.
(I actually completely re-did a presentation related to my thesis and sent my husband to Kinkos at like 4 am to re-copy the hand-outs.)
I wrote my entire Senior Design project report the night before it was due, made copies at Kinko's in the morning, and submitted it during the afternoon. Made a 100. And my project didn't even work.
