My deadline

Page release is a little before midnight. That means I had better have my main cartoon done by 11:30 or a little earlier.

At this point, I have NO idea what I am going to draw.

You have to love deadline pressure.

Wouldn't it be lovely if there was magic at midnight that made all the political signs float up out of the yards and right of ways all over town and pile themselves neatly up in giant heaps in the front yards of their candidates?

Someone at our voting prescinct today wondered if all of the signs would be gone tomorrow. Well, my guess is that when I am flying over the river and see a donkey flying next to me, the signs will be gone!

I still say that the loser in each race must dispose of all of the signs in his or her race.

rofl! legal eagle. Good to see you tonight, now that I'm flying high with all this chocolate and coffee in me.

Don't let marshall run into you, he has been knocking back Red Bull.

I think the winner should have to do it. Public servant and all...

Someone needs to get out there before sunrise and clear the streets!

I think the winner is going to be me, when I get in my truck tomorrow at lunch and don't hear political commercials on SuperTalk.

Why don't you borrow from the Simpson's Halloween special, and use "Kong and Kodos" as the dominators of governor and lt. governor.
