Am still recovering from the last few days and trying to get ready for the next week. I have four speeches in Clinton, Jackson, Tupelo and Hattiesburg and I have no voice at the moment -- figuratively and literally. I will post some stuff today -- but I am kind of on bloglite mode at the moment. I just need to recover.
I really enjoyed Mistletoe, the people I met and my coworkers that manned the booth with me. But I am really glad to get to spend a day at home. I realized it had been four days since I had held my baby -- and three since I had seen him awake. And speaking of Mistletoe, Book sales did really well for a year-old book. I even had a lot of people come back and by more copies to give as gifts because they enjoyed it so much. That was a nice compliment.
I'm pumped about State's win -- I am glad to see them rise out of the ashes. Tennessee won big over Arkansas (and shut down their great runner Darren McFadden, a Heisman Trophy candidate) and Georgia beat Auburn. So the Ramsey household is happy today.
So it is off to Church. I would have loved to sleep in, but I need to formally go say thank for all of the blessings of the past week.

Marshall, this was a wonderful post. A reminder that family, faith, and friends are all that matters.
Rest up.
I agree. Makes me want to call my family.
Thank you for being you.
AMEN and AMEN. And tell me when you will be in tupelo.
Take a blog day off and play with the boys and the wife.
