The cat who loved Christmas

Sam the Kitty loves the Christmas tree. He plopped his fat bottom down in front of it and has been sleeping peacefully there ever since.

Cats and dogs seem to like to be under or close to Christmas trees. I hope Santa remembers Sam and Banjo. Be glad that Sam is to heavy to clim the Christmas tree.

We are very glad you are back.

The photos are great.

BTW, we missed you and we are glad that you had a good time.

My cat, Tango, has commandeered the tree skirt every since it's arrival.

That's why I haven't put up a tree in a while. I know Hoodlum well enough to know that she would be racing up and down the tree, pulling stuff off as she went. Braveheart, like Sam, is a fat tabby who behaves herself except for sometimes when she thinks she can blame something on Hoodlum and get by with it.

That's how my family's first artificial tree was killed -- our cat climbed it and knocked it over, breaking the stand and several of the limbs.

When we replaced it, my mother insisted that we "tether" the new tree to the curtain rod. :)

I have missed pics of him and wondered how his purrness was doing.

It will be interesting how long it takes 4 kittens to destroy the tree.

I would let you borrow Hoodlum, Clucky, but sounds like you have everything under control! Ha!

I left out the 2 adult cats and the poodle. And pray for us if the lab makes it into the house...

Yes, Banjo is telling me it is time for bed. Dogs can be insistent. I think he is right, too.
